Coach Keely brings a diverse athletic background, including CrossFit, swimming, powerlifting, and even competitive Irish dance. Her approach to coaching is centred on making fitness enjoyable and accessible for everyone. With a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a strong focus on continuing education, Keely designs programs that not only get members stronger but also improve their overall well-being. She is passionate about fostering a welcoming and inclusive gym culture where members of all fitness levels feel supported.
